Wholesale Halloween Supplies: Early-Bird Ordering Guide for Retailers
Halloween is the single biggest sales window for most party retailers, and it is won or lost months before October. This guide walks through when to buy, what to stock and how to plan quantities when you buy wholesale by the carton.
Why ordering early matters
Shoppers start browsing Halloween ranges as soon as summer ends, and the best-selling lines — masks, light-up decorations and trick-or-treat buckets — are the first to sell through at supplier level. Retailers who confirm their core range early get full choice and time to merchandise; late buyers work with what is left.
A practical rule: lock in your core range first, then add trend and impulse items once you see what moves in your first weeks of sales.
The core Halloween range
Most successful Halloween displays are built from four blocks:
- Masks — horror, skull and devil masks are the anchor of any costume wall.
- Decorations — pumpkins, skeletons, spiders and webs, witches and ghosts.
- Costume accessories — hats, claws, fangs, wands and props for add-on sales.
- Trick-or-treat — buckets and candy-collection accessories for families.
Planning carton quantities
Start from last season's sell-through per category, not per product. Split your budget across the four blocks, then choose how many products per block you can display well. One carton per product is often enough to test a new line; proven sellers justify several cartons.
Light-up and animated decorations carry a higher ticket price and work well as window and counter showpieces, so a smaller number of cartons can deliver strong revenue.
How to order by the carton
Every product on PARTI is sold by the carton, with a minimum order of one carton per product. The carton quantity and the EUR carton price are shown on each product page, so you can calculate your landed cost per piece before you order.
- Open the category and compare carton quantities and carton prices.
- Add the cartons you need to the wholesale cart — mix as many products as you like.
- Check out with your company details, or send the cart as a quote request.
- Questions about a product? Message us on WhatsApp straight from the product page.
